Hola, saludos y bendiciones queridos amigos de @hivefood, una vez más por aquí para contarles sobre este rico dulce de cereza estrella, hace días viendo los estados de WhatsApp, veo que una de mis compañeras de trabajo público una foto vendiendo dulce de cereza estrella, es una fruta que poco se da por la zona en dónde vivo.
Pero un tiempo estuve viendo en una zona rural en dónde si se daba esta fruta en algunos hogares cercanos a donde vivía, podía ver la temporada de la cereza, cuando ya empezaban a salir esas estrellitas, me contentaba porque sabía que mi suegra pronto haría este rico dulce.
Esta fruta no se madura, se mantiene verde en el árbol, si acaso se torna un poco amarilla, es muy ácida, por si son no se deja comer, aunque había quienes lo intentaban. Sin embargo, es especial para hacer dulces, sus semillas son unas pequeñas estrellas, en alguna de las fotos le muestro dos.
Mi compañera de trabajo las vende en 90 bolívares alrededor de 2,5 $ dólares y ayer me lo llevo a la oficina y regresó a casa, en el jardín de urbanización tomé estas bonitas fotos que le muestro hoy a través de @liketu.
Hoy estuvimos comiendo aquí en casa, cada uno nos comimos unas cerezas, porque trae bastante dulce cómo ven en el envase. Lo vamos a ir comiendo poco a poco, es delicioso, es algo que no lo vamos a ver comúnmente, esta fruta se da una vez al año y como les había dicho por aquí no las he visto, así que cuando vi que mi amiga la estaba vendiendo, me brillaron los ojos y le hice el pedido.
