Daily exercise is now a daily routine after I got to know about the @actifit. I did a 6.6km run today. I was already half way before I noticed that I did not launch my activist app. There is the probability of doing more than yesterday’s step. The app tend to keep me on my feet as well as keep me fit. I have introduced the app to my partner and she is also benefitting, only that she does not post all the time.
