Espero que muy bien ❤️🩹 yo me encuentro iniciando un nuevo día con la mejor de las vibras la mejor de las energías así que gracias a esas energías hoy te comparto una deliciosa receta que hemos elaborado en mi hogar, espero la disfrutes.
For this recipe I have used the following ingredients:
✓Chicken gizzards.
✓Onion.
✓Carrot.
✓Celeri.
✓Salt, pepper.
✓Chinese sauces.
Para esta receta he utilizado los siguientes ingredientes:
✓Mollejas de pollo.
✓Cebolla.
✓Zanahoria.
✓Celeri.
✓Sal, pimienta.
✓Salsas chinas.
🍱 Step 1: I start this recipe by preparing my vegetables for this I wash and remove the shell of my carrot and onion and proceed to cut the carrot into small squares and the onion into strips, julienne cuts as shown in the photographs:
🍱 Paso 1: Inicio esta receta preparando mis vegetales para esto lavo y retiro la concha de mi zanahoria y cebolla y procedo a cortar la zanahoria en pequeños cuadrados y la cebolla en tiras, cortes juliana como se muestra en las fotografías:
🍱 Step 2: As a second step I proceed to prepare the gizzards for this I put them to cook in a pot with water until they are soft, the gizzard is hard so I recommend starting this at a good time in the morning to so get the food at a reasonable time.
🍱 Step 3: When they are soft, we change the water and proceed to add the ingredients such as salt, sauces and vegetables so that they cook together with all the ingredients, we cook until the vegetables are ready and we proceed to turn off and serve.
🍱 Paso 2: Como segundo paso procedo a preparar las mollejas para esto las pongo a cocinar en una olla con agua hasta que estás estén blandas, la molleja es dura así que te recomiendo iniciar esto a buena hora de mañana para así obtener la comida a una hora prudente.
🍱 Paso 3: Al estar blandas cambiamos el agua y procedemos agregar los ingredientes como la sal, las salsas y los vegetales para que estos se cocinen junto con todos los ingredientes, cocinamos hasta que las verduras estén listas y procedemos apagar y servir.

Está la opción de agregar Maizena y quedan con una salsa increíble pero sin duda sería algo que compartiré con ustedes luego por ahora espero disfruten de esta delicia.
