hola gente de hive y SWC como estan espero que bien, hoy inicio mi semana con estácticos ya que es lo unico que se me da, ya que no entreno dinámicos aunque quiza si intente hacerlo, pero bueno cave destacar que en mis entrenamientos comienzo con un estiramiento para trabajar la movilidad y un buen calentamiento para tener los musculos preparados hoy en este dia lunes consta de meter tiron y empuje, osea primero hago plancha y después front lever, ya que es una modalidad actualizada que estoy utilizando.
