I started the day yesterday in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Bright and early, I got to drive downtown and the sun was shinning, the sky was crystal clear blue....It was going to be a good day :)

By the time I was leaving the city, you can see the clouds rolling in....But once I was out of the city, the sun started shining again!

Driving west on the Trans-Canada highway, I got to the Yellowhead Highway turn off for Saskatoon...Then began my trip to north western Manitoba. Plenty of grain elevators to see but one of the highlights, which I was able to capture....Was the sunset, just over Riding Mountain, a mountain range in the prairies...Weird, I know lol

    Then today happened....

After staying the night in Dauphin Manitoba, I started up highway 10 to Swan River, then I turned westbound on Highway 77.

    Highway 77.

Arguably, the worst highway I've ever driven on. I'm pretty sure I got a concussion from all the bouncing around in the truck...I did see a bald eagle on the road but that was it for almost 100 kms. Absolutely no cars on the highway at all.

And I understand why lol It's the middle of nowhere with the worst highway in Canada lol

Thankfully, I crossed over into Sasaktchewan and the roads got better...Kinda.

Onto Saksatoon tomorrow, my old stomping grounds...
