My Fruity Breakfast Recipe: Raisins, Carrots And Banana Oatmeal Pudding 🥣🥕🍌.

    What a wonderful weekend we are in vegan family, enjoying with our loved 🥰 ones by our side. Happy to be with you all again today with some special breakfast pudding I prepared which is totally vegan 🌱 and delightful.

    This wonderful pudding of the combination of raisins, carrot 🥕, banana 🍌 and some oats I fell in love ❤️with and this is why I bring it to my vegan family to share and teach you of what a healthy meal it is.

    I love oats a lot because its so versatile, full of fiber and so healthy, adding richness to every recipe its combined with. And combining these fruits with oats is such a good richness. This is one recipe you need to try. So creamy and delicious.

    Here I invite you to prepare this pudding recipe with me.

    INGREDIENTS:

    150 g of oats flakes
    2 finger carrots
    2 finger banana
    1/2 glass of coconut milk
    2 tablespoons of brown sugar
    1 tablespoon of raisin fruity
    2 glasses of spring water.

    STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

    Step 1.

    To prepare this pudding, I will first measure out the oat flakes quantity needed.

    I will wash the carrots, cut it into rounds and dice it in small squares.

    Peel the banana, slice and keep ready.

    Step 4.

    I will take the oat into the pot for cooking, pouring the the glasses of water and will set it on the cooker to start boiling.

    Step 5.

    I will allow the oats to start boiling, then add the carrot to cook along.

    And stirring it to avoid sticking.

    Once the carrots tenders a bit, I will add the raisins, banana , brown sugar, milk.

    All inculcated and incorporating as it boils.

    Step 7.

    Will allow to cook for few more seconds as I lower the heat before I set it down.

    And will serve this. beauty delight fruity oats pudding of a richness. So delicious, healthy and appetizing. A breakfast we can make just in few minutes to to stay healthy with vegan 🌱 recipe combination .
