Saludos para todos amigos de la comunidad de EmpowerTalent, me permito unirme al tema que nos traen cada semana, especialmente con nuestra estimada @angelica7, para llevarnos a reflexionar sobre crear estrategias que nos permitan identificar nuestro talento.

Ciertamente puedo llegar a confundir mis cualidades con mis aptitudes, es entonces cuando creo las siguientes estrategias:

Preguntar a otras personas sobre mi talento

Como una forma de saber a través de otras personas qué talento ven en mí, me indicaron que tengo varios:

1.- Que soy buena manejando la computadora. La verdad es que si no sé algo, pregunto, averiguo y lo aprendo.
2.-También que me gusta escribir, leer sobre temas de reflexión y crecimiento personal.
3.-Además tengo buena sazón para la comida cuando cocino. En especial a mis hermanas y sobrinas les encanta.

Creo que en verdad esas habilidades que he demostrado recientemente son las que ven en mí y me encantan.

Descubriendo mi potencial

En mi familia, como hermana mayor, he sentido ser el ejemplo a seguir por mi desarrollo como profesional y en la parte laboral, tanto para mis hermanas, sobrinos y para mi hija, eso ha sido para mí un gran orgullo.

Así mismo, cuando logro descubrir mis capacidades, decido desarrollarlas, pero sobre todo al compartirlas, en lugar de callarlas, puedo entregar gran parte de lo que descubro y aprendo, me doy cuenta que esto influye en las personas que me rodean. Y eso en verdad me llena de gran satisfacción.

Cuando veo claramente mi potencial, también puedo ver y reconocer la grandeza que hay en otras personas, creando el impulso para fortalecer las relaciones interpersonales.

Reconociendo mi Talento

Para escribir sobre ello, cabe hacerme la pregunta: Cuál es mi pasión, mi propósito, o cuáles son mis capacidades?

Particularmente, me gusta escribir, leer y reflexionar sobre temas de crecimiento personal, espiritual, como motivación y valoración por la vida. Puedo pasar horas en estas actividades, porque en realidad me gustan.
Ciertamente me gusta cocinar. De hecho he compartido algunas de mis recetas en la comunidad de Cocina Creativa.
En referencia a trabajar desde mi PC, siempre me ha gustado, quizás porque soy una persona un tanto curiosa, me motiva explorar, para mejorar y crecer.

Cómo una persona con propósito en éste mundo, mi pasión es poder aportar algo bueno en cada cosa que hago, creo que todos tenemos algo especial que aportar y que con cada granito de arena que lo hagamos, al final eso suma, porque lo estamos llevando a la práctica, además de ayudarnos a crecer en la áreas donde nos desenvolvemos.

Identifica tu talento, y tu propósito aparecerá

Sin lugar a dudas, nuestra vida tendrá propósito cuando somos capaces de darnos cuenta del valor que tienen esas cualidades que nos inspiran.

Si lo gramos mirar en nuestro interior, en lo profundo del corazón, es cuando sentimos que tenemos algo especial que dar. Ser esa persona que tiene un propósito, que mi vida tiene sentido, y dar gracias a Dios que existo aquí y ahora para hacer mucho más de lo que puedo imaginar.

Ponerlo en práctica y desarrollarlo

Al utilizar nuestro talento, ponerlo en práctica en cosas que al final buscan el buen propósito, mi vida tendrá sentido y mucha mayor satisfacción de la que no imaginé que podía llegar a tener.

Creo que si queremos despertarnos todos los días con la intención de comernos el mundo es teniendo una motivación en cada cosa que hagamos, enfocarnos en las cosas nuevas.
Como seres en constante evolución, el creer en algo y tener fe es el motor que nos impulsa a seguir adelante día a día, como una manera de crecimiento y aprendizaje, creando la empatía con las personas de mi entorno.

Asking other people about my talents

As a way of finding out from other people what talents they see in me, they told me that I have several:

2.-I also like to write, read about topics of reflection and personal growth.
3.- I also have a good taste for food when I cook. My sisters and nieces especially love it.

I think it's really those skills that I've demonstrated recently that they see in me and I love it.

Discovering my potential

In my family, as the eldest sister, I have felt that I have been the example to follow in my professional and professional development, both for my sisters, nephews and nieces and for my daughter, which has been a source of great pride for me.

Likewise, when I manage to discover my abilities, I decide to develop them, but above all by sharing them, instead of keeping them quiet, I can give a large part of what I discover and learn, I realise that this influences the people around me. And that really gives me great satisfaction.

When I clearly see my potential, I can also see and recognise the greatness in other people, creating the momentum to strengthen interpersonal relationships.

Recognising my Talent

In order to write about it, it is worth asking myself the question: What is my passion, my purpose, or what are my capabilities?

I particularly enjoy writing, reading and reflecting on topics of personal growth, spirituality, motivation and appreciation for life. I can spend hours on these activities, because I really like them.

I certainly enjoy cooking. In fact I have shared some of my recipes in the Cocina Creativa community.
In reference to working from my PC, I've always liked it, maybe because I'm a curious person, I'm motivated to explore, to improve and grow.

As a person with a purpose in this world, my passion is to be able to contribute something good in everything I do, I believe that we all have something special to contribute and that with every grain of sand that we do, in the end it adds up, because we are putting it into practice, as well as helping us to grow in the areas where we develop.

Identify your talent, and your purpose will appear

Undoubtedly, our life will have purpose when we are able to realise the value of those qualities that inspire us.

If we can look inside ourselves, deep in our hearts, that is when we feel we have something special to give. To be that person who has a purpose, that my life has meaning, and to thank God that I exist here and now to do so much more than I can imagine.

Put it into practice and develop it

By using our talent, putting it into practice in things that ultimately seek good purpose, my life will have meaning and much greater satisfaction than I ever imagined it could have.

I believe that if we want to wake up every day with the intention of eating the world is to have a motivation in everything we do, to focus on new things.

As beings in constant evolution, believing in something and having faith is the engine that drives us to move forward day by day, as a way of growing and learning, creating empathy with the people around me.
