Hola Chicos de la Comunidad de Aliento, este fin de semana por fin logré tener operativa mi computadora sin temor a algún bajón de luz o corte eléctrico ya que hace días logré adquirir un UPS y decidí usarla realizando algunas cuestiones que tenía pendiente y una de ellas era aprender sobre el pixel art, tenía tiempo queriendo ver cómo era la cuestión y al fin se me dio la oportunidad.

Recordé que tiempo atrás le había hablado del asunto al compañero @manclar y éste me sugirió algunos programas con los que podía ir avanzando y me he tomado a la tarea de seguir de cerca este tipo de trabajos y bueno me animé a ver cómo era la cosa, ojo soy solamente una fanática, en la medida de lo posible y si el tiempo me lo permite seguiré estudiando este tipo de arte porque me llama mucho la atención poder ser la artífice de una obra digital (permítanme soñar por favor).

Me puse manos a la obra y empecé por descargar un programa que se llama Pixelorama el cual es completamente gratuito y como cosa rara, que es muy habitual en mí, me volví un ocho y no pude descargarlo, no se preocupen mis sueños no se vieron frustrados porque recurrí al buscador de Google y como por arte de magia me llevó a una página que se llama Pixiliart

e inmediatamente busqué un tutorial en youtube que me sirvió para empezar por lo básico y salieron estos intentos de pixelar a los chicos del #alientocast @eddiesspino y @noakmilo.

Por favor no sean muy duros a la hora de juzgar , recuerden que es mi primer intento en el mundo del pixel art, espero y estoy segura de ir aprendiendo poco a poco ya que la practica hace al maestro como dicen por allí en mi pueblo y cachicamo que se duerme se lo lleva la corriente, esta frase no tiene nada que ver con lo que digo pero me gusta... jjejjeje.

Me hubiese gustado decirles con detalle el desastre que hice con los pixeles, pero como soy nueva en esto y solo seguía las instrucciones del tutorial que conseguí en youtube, básicamente no manejo mucho las técnicas que utilicé. Sólo podría decirles que utilicé una imagen de referencia

y me fui guiando por ella para hacer los trazos. Utilicé la herramienta cuadrada para darle forma a la mesa, el micrófono y algunas partes del cuerpo de los chicos y utilicé la forma de círculo para hacer trazos redondos y con el lápiz fui agregando colores de la paleta.

Quería utilizar capas para el fondo y que se asemejara a mi imagen de referencia pero no lo conseguí, se me hizo un poco complicada esa parte, mas adelante veré tutoriales de cómo agregar fondos para hacerlo un poco mejor.

I wish I could tell you in detail about the mess I made with the pixels, but as I am new to this and only followed the tutorial instructions I found on YouTube, I don't really master the techniques I used. I can only say that I used a reference image.

and I used it as a guide to make the strokes. I used the square tool to shape the table, the microphone, and some parts of the boys' bodies. I used the circle shape for round strokes, and I added colors from the palette with the pencil tool.

I wanted to use layers for the background to resemble my reference image, but I couldn't achieve that. That part was a bit tricky for me, so I will look for tutorials on how to add backgrounds to do it a little better.
