ㅤHola a todos y todas de STREET WORKOUT COMMUNITY, por aquí comparto mi video de participación en el 1er #SWC-CHALLENGE, dónde vamos a realizar 7 variaciones de ejercicios para completar en menos del tiempo realizado por el amigo (@stypaternina) con un tiempo de 1:45. A continuación les dejaré el orden de los ejercicios por si desean sumarse.
1- Muscle ups x1
2- Bar Dips x15
3- 15 segundos en Pull Ups isométricos mentón arriba
4- 15 Segundos en Pull Ups isométricos tocando la cabeza por debajo de la barra fija
5- 15 Segundos en Pull Ups isométricos con los brazos totalmente extendidos.
6- Flexiones x15
7- Fondos x10
Mi tiempo en ello fue de 1:19, la verdad que me costó mucho al momento de las dominadas ya que no es mi fuerte, pero pude recuperarme con los fondos y flexiones... Gracias por todo.

4- 15 Seconds in Isometric Pull Ups touching your head under the fixed bar.
5- 15 Seconds isometric Pull Ups with arms fully extended.
6- Push Ups x15
7- Pull Downs x10
My time on it was 1:19, the truth is that it cost me a lot at the time of the pull ups as it is not my forte, but I was able to recover with the pull ups and push ups.... Thanks for everything.
