This is how I start my week 🍃

Hola amigos feliz inicio de semana, hoy en la mañana fui temprano a mis terapias para mi pie, ya tengo una semana haciendo terapias y mis avances han sido bastante notorios y me siento contenta por ello, en las terapias me ponen corriente, luego calor y finalmente me hacen masaje las terapias duran como una hora la fisioterapeuta me dijo que si sigo así tendré terapias hasta esta semana.

Aquí les comparto algunas fotos, unas mientras esperaban a que me atendieran y otra cuando me estaban poniendo corriente.

Hello friends happy start of the week, today in the morning I went early to my therapies for my foot, I already have a week doing therapies and my progress has been quite noticeable and I feel happy about it, in the therapies they put me current, then heat and finally they make me massage the therapies last about an hour the physiotherapist told me that if I continue like this I will have therapies until this week.
