Credibility is one of the qualities a human should possess, the lack of it would make the value of a person diminish.
Some might not understand why, so maybe I give you a definition of credibility so you can know what we are talking about and the extent to which the value can get to.
Here's a definition of credibility below:
You have credibility when you seem totally trustworthy or believable. You lose it when you start lying, cheating and acting rather shady. Credibility is a noun that speaks to plausibility or believableness, so the star witness at your trial or the person writing your recommendation letter should certainly have it. Link
And quite frankly, the lack of credibility has been the order of the day in our modern and one of the major cause is the pursuit of money.
People want money so bad they are willing to sell their pride and even their credibility to get the money, they can do anything for it.
Little do they know that without our values, all the money in the world cannot help us. These money become useless because they cannot buy values.
So credibility is something you must possess as a person, it is a good virtue. The lack of it, deprives you of your values.
Whatever the reason, whatever the cause, always be credible.
Everyone loves a credible person, they want to work with them, they want to entrust their possession to them but they do not want to be credible themselves.
Lack of credibility is not an option for you, keep your values.
