Then agricultural mindset it is always part of the regular routine when you expose the upcoming farmers to a very good process which is required of them. No matter the age of the learner it will always stick to the memories within a short period of time and this is what I have learned several years ago. A very good exposure of agricultural Farming routine such as plants identification, weeding process. Planting process, some flowering stages and as well as harvesting stages.
Within a short period of time there will be a constant check up bye little farmers and also they will always give us some farming tips they already learnt. The Spirit of Agriculture is a very wide spirit which is known to showcase so much activities to be carried out slowly. This is why you see more of agricultural articles produce and products.
The real exposure of little kids to agriculture is movement I support right from day one because it's really gives little children what it takes to really learn even above their age. There are sometimes when we get to the farm it is all about speaking grammars that solves a lot of problem agriculturally. This also motivates me daily to give more attention to them as we speak on the farm relating to planting of crops and also types of crops.
Among all these I love to give reference to pictures and it is also the best through picture identification. I love agriculture because it's always shows what it is required of through picture identification. Some few hours ago we went to the farm do a little bit of pepper harvesting which I showed then pictures at it gives more encouragement to so many people out there.
Harvesting of crops such as chill pepper is one of the farm activity that I thought my little children what to do and how to do it. And this is also why I love to give respect to my late dad because it was just this way I was trained. And initially I thought it was all about leading me astray but at long run I realized that I gained even more when I follow my dad to the field.
There are some other green vegetables that your children can learn how to plant and cultivate right from the seed planting. I'm going to show us practically what I also have in store for the upcoming Young Farmers and how to start teaching our little children get started on the farm.
Sometimes ago I met one of my farmer colleague along the way to the farm and he was like what I'm doing is totally wrong as I expose young farmer to some Farm activities. And my response was that it is very ideal with the procedures I took. It may look odd but when the reflection of action takes place naturally it will be from what they already learnt and what they already know. You cannot expose people to what you don't even know or understand. And it is very important to showcase your knowledge for so many people to gain from it.
