I love to pair beer with Asian food on hot spring and summer days. Asian food, which is spicy, salty, and fried or stir-fried well in oil, is perfect with a bitter, refreshing cooled beer.
My partner only drinks lemonade beer (Radler) mostly in summer, but sometimes he brings home a beer as a souvenir. I don't drink much beer during the winter months so I've been hoarding it as a collection in the kitchen.
This time I picked a one Arolser from Bad Arolsen near to Kassel, in the middle of Germany.
Since it was so much a beer weather, I couldn't wait until I finish cooking the fried rice 🍻 It tasted bitter and refreshing exactly as I expected 🙌
I enjoyed the latter half of the bottle with the finished fried rice. I'm so happy that the beer season has started ...

春から夏にかけての暑い日に、ビールにアジア料理を合わせるのが大好きです。スパイスが効いて、塩辛くて、油でしっかり揚げたり炒めたりするアジア料理には苦くて爽やかなきんきんのビールがぴったりです。
私のパートナーはレモネードビール（ラドラー）しか飲まないのですが、時々お土産にビールを持って帰ってきてくれます。冬の間はあまりビールを飲まないのでキッチンのコレクションとしてためこんでいました。
今回はドイツのど真ん中、カッセルに近いバート・アロルセンのアロルザーを開けました。
あまりのビール日和にチャーハンが完成するまで待てませんでした。ビールあるあるです。
思った通りの苦味と爽やかさです 🙌
残り半分は出来上がったチャーハンと一緒に楽しみました。チャーハンに添えたのは先週オーストリアで見つけてお土産に買ってきたオクラとトマトとわかめのサラダです。子供は渋好みでこのサラダを気に入ったようです。ビールの季節、いいですね。
みなさんはビールに何を合わせますか？ベジタリアンになってお肉を食べなくなった今、ソーセージ＆ビールは禁じ手なので、もっぱらアジア料理＆ビールです。
