Siempre creí que uno de los mayores placeres de la vida era independizarse, y sí, lo es. Pero eso conlleva una gran responsabilidad y gastos también, sobre todo cuando empiezas comprando artículos de hogar sin saber nada de precios, marcas o calidad.
Cuando me mudé, hace unos 5 meses ya aproximadamente compré pocas cosas de limpieza por estar limitada de dinero y por inexperiencia, y como dirían por ahí, duró, lo que tenía que durar.

I always believed that one of life's greatest pleasures was becoming independent, and yes, it is. But that comes with a lot of responsibility and expense too, especially when you start out buying household items without knowing anything about prices, brands or quality.
When I moved out, about 5 months ago, I bought very little cleaning stuff because of limited money and inexperience, and as they say, it lasted, as long as it had to last.
Así que ya de por sí tenía en mente hacer renovaciones de algunas cosas necesarias en mi hogar para limpiar, y arreglos imprescindibles como por ejemplo, la cocina, que necesitaba una manguera para que fluyera mejor el gas y poder usar el horno y sus 4 hornillas.
Hace unos días me dirigí a un nuevo supermercado aquí en la ciudad que se llama Wulmart, donde encontré muchas cosas a buen precio que necesitaba.
So I already had in mind to make renovations of some necessary things in my home to clean, and essential repairs such as the kitchen, which needed a hose to better flow the gas and be able to use the oven and its 4 burners.
A few days ago I went to a new supermarket here in town called Wulmart, where I found many things at a good price that I needed.
En Wulmart encontré los mismos productos cosmetibles y de aseo que tienen en la mayoría de supermercados de Cumaná, pero a precio mucho más bajo, con la ventaja de que Wulmart es enorme, y tiene mucha variedad y precios increíbles.
In Wulmart I found the same cosmetic and toiletries products that they have in most supermarkets in Cumaná, but at a much lower price, with the advantage that Wulmart is huge, and has a lot of variety and incredible prices.
Una de las cosas que quería cambiar con urgencia eran las luces de la cocina, porque yo suelo hacer recetas y con bombillos amarillos no salen bien las fotografías, así que compré unos bombillos de luz led blanca de 20W que iluminan ahora muy bien mi cocina.
One of the things I wanted to change urgently were the kitchen lights, because I usually make recipes and with yellow bulbs the pictures don't come out well, so I bought some 20W white led light bulbs that now illuminate my kitchen very well.
También compré un paño para usarlo de coleto o trapeador como lo conozcan ustedes en su país, me costó 1.75$ y bueno, en el antes, pueden ver que el paño viejo estaba pidiendo piedad jajaja.
I also bought a cloth to use as a mop or mop as you know it in your country, it cost me 1.75$ and well, in the before, you can see that the old cloth was begging for mercy hahaha.
Y por último pero no menos importante, compré una escoba de barrer nueva, como pueden ver la vieja ya estaba pidiendo vacaciones y no cumplia bien su función, esta nueva escoba me costó 2$ y es bastante resistente, así que dejé la escoba vieja para cepillar el piso del baño y esta nueva solo para barrer el polvo de la casa y así le doy más tiempo de vida.
And last but not least, I bought a new sweeping broom, as you can see the old one was already asking for a vacation and was not fulfilling its function well, this new broom cost me 2$ and is quite resistant, so I left the old broom to brush the bathroom floor and this new one just to sweep the dust of the house and so I give it more time of life.
