Lost Legendaries Ruleset - La interesante combinación de Pelacor Conjurer, Xenith Monk, Venari Marksrat & Evelyn Auvera [Es/En]

¡Saludos comunidad! El reto de esta semana es sobre una regla de batalla que no permite utilizar unidades legendarias. En la siguiente sección se explicará más a detalle, por lo que tener en cuenta este aspecto en el análisis para formar nuestras estrategias, es un factor clave con un impacto considerable en el desempeño de las mismas. Es importante recordar que el tipo de ofensiva a utilizar en nuestras estrategias también dependerá del resto de reglas presentes en la batalla.

En esta oportunidad, les explicaré cómo afronté una batalla de Ranked de la liga de Plata en el formato Moderno, enfocando mi análisis en explicar cómo utilicé al Splinter de Vida, el invocador Grandmaster Rathe y las unidades Pelacor Conjurer, Chaos Agent, Xenith Monk, Venari Marksrat, Evelyn Auvera y Moxian Rebel para ser coherente con las reglas de batalla presentes y las habilidades que quería combinar con la finalidad de tomar ventaja en la partida con la estrategia planteada.

Ya que estos aspectos son un factor clave con un impacto considerable en el desempeño de nuestras estrategias.

Lost Legendaries es una regla que no permite utilizar unidades legendarias en la batalla. Cabe destacar que esto no aplica para los invocadores.

Entonces, conociendo estos detalles, es importante contar con una variedad de unidades de rareza común, rara y épica. Además de estár familiarizado con las posibles estrategias a utilizar para aprovechar jugar a favor de las circunstancias.

Hablemos sobre el conjunto de reglas presentes en la batalla, este es el punto de partida para iniciar el análisis que nos llevará a la elección más adecuada para afrontar la batalla.

Límite de maná igual a 25 puntos, esta cantidad nos permite elegir invocadores con un costo de maná entre 4 y 7 puntos. Sin embargo, es importante tener una estrategia bien definida para aprovechar el maná restante para la elección adecuada de las unidades.

La regla “Lost Legendaries” ya la expliqué a detalle en la sección anterior. Por otra parte, Noxious Fumes, es una regla que aplica la habilidad “Poison” a todas las unidades en la batalla, la cual hace 2 puntos de daño directo a la vida en el inicio de cada ronda.

Entonces, tomando en cuenta todos estos aspectos, decidí utilizar al Splinter de Vida, ya que cuenta con unidades que poseen buenas estadísticas, entre ellas, un buen daño melee y mágico. También cuenta con habilidades como: “Magic Reflect”, “Divine Shield”, “Heal”, “Martyr”, “Immunity”, “Weapons Training”, entre otras y con un invocador que otorga las habilidades “Void Armor” y “Amplify” e incrementa en 1 punto la armadura del equipo.

Hablemos sobre el equipo y la estrategia que conforma. Dadas las circunstancias, era evidente el uso de cualquier tipo de daño. Es por ello que decidí elegir al invocador Grandmaster Rathe, ya que otorga las habilidades “Void Armor” y “Amplify” e incrementa en 1 punto la armadura del equipo.

Pelacor Conjurer fue el tanque en esta oportunidad, ya que cuenta con buenas estadísticas, entre ellas, sus puntos de velocidad y vida. Por otra parte, las habilidades “Flying”, “Divine Shield” y “Magic Reflect”, le permiten resistir un poco más y hacer un daño residual cuando recibe ataques mágicos.

Chaos Agent tiene el objetivo de dar tiempo al resto del equipo para debilitar al enemigo.

Xenith Monk tiene un rol importante en el equipo, ya que sus habilidades “Tank Heal” y “Void” le permiten resistir un poco más el daño enemigo y el generado por la habilidad “Poison”. Lo que da un poco más de tiempo al resto del equipo para debilitar al enemigo.

Venari Marksrat tiene el objetivo de incrementar en 1 punto, todas las estadísticas de sus unidades adyacentes.

Evelyn Auvera es la unidad clave de la estrategia, ya que gracias a su habilidad “Immunity”, los efectos negativos no le hacen daño. Además, gracias la cantidad de armadura que posee en combinación con la habilidad “Void Armor”, puede resistir lo suficiente el daño mágico y melee enemigo.

Moxian Rebel tiene el objetivo de otorgar ataque mágico a Evelyn Auvera, permitiéndole ser una unidad ofensiva también, lo cual la hace aún más valiosa en el equipo.

Como les mencioné anteriormente, elegir al invocador Grandmaster Rathe y las unidades Pelacor Conjurer, Chaos Agent, Xenith Monk, Venari Marksrat, Evelyn Auvera y Moxian Rebel, fue una buena opción. Sin embargo, también es importante incluir habilidades de soporte que le permitan a nuestro tanque y al resto del equipo, resistir lo suficiente.

Observen como para el turno 20 de la ronda 3, el equipo enemigo estaba casi abatido. Xenith Monk y Evelyn Auvera resistieron muy bien hasta el final, esto fue posible gracias al apoyo y contribución de Pelacor Conjurer, Chaos Agent, Venari Marksrat y Moxian Rebel.

La estrategia planteada hizo un uso eficiente de la cantidad de maná disponible, cubriendo aspectos tales como: resistencia contra el daño enemigo, soporte del equipo, una buena ofensiva, y coherencia con el conjunto de reglas presente.

Una debilidad de esta estrategia es un equipo enemigo que cuente con una fuerte ofensiva y las habilidades de soporte suficientes para resistir hasta que las circunstancias debiliten por completo a mi equipo. Entre las habilidades destacadas podemos mencionar a: “Immunity”, “Cleanse”, “Triage”, “Tank Heal”, “Heal”, “Void Armor”, “Repair”, entre otras.

La diferencia entre las estrategias fue que el equipo enemigo no contaba con suficientes habilidades de soporte, ni la habilidad “Void Armor”, la cual fue clave en la batalla, por lo que fue debilitado rápidamente.

Para el funcionamiento adecuado de nuestras estrategias, es importante considerar todos los aspectos involucrados, por lo que no sólo debemos enfocarnos en las estadísticas y habilidades a combinar. También debemos tener en cuenta la influencia de los conjuntos de reglas sobre la estrategia.

In this opportunity, I will explain how I faced a Silver League Ranked battle in the Modern format, focusing my analysis on explaining how I used the Splinter of Life, the summoner Grandmaster Rathe and the units Pelacor Conjurer, Chaos Agent, Xenith Monk, Venari Marksrat, Evelyn Auvera and Moxian Rebel to be consistent with the battle rules present and the skills I wanted to combine in order to take advantage in the game with the strategy proposed.

It also has abilities such as: "Magic Reflect", "Divine Shield", "Heal", "Martyr", "Immunity", "Weapons Training", among others, and a summoner that grants the abilities "Void Armor" and "Amplify" and increases the team's armor by 1 point.

Let's talk about the team and its strategy. Given the circumstances, it was obvious to use any kind of damage. That's why I decided to choose the summoner Grandmaster Rathe, since he grants the abilities "Void Armor" and "Amplify" and increases the team's armor by 1 point.

Pelacor Conjurer was the tank in this opportunity, since it has good stats, among them, its speed and life points. On the other hand, the abilities "Flying", "Divine Shield" and "Magic Reflect", allow him to resist a little more and do residual damage when he receives magical attacks.

Chaos Agent has the objective of giving the rest of the team time to weaken the enemy.

Xenith Monk has an important role in the team, since his abilities "Tank Heal" and "Void" allow him to resist a little more the enemy damage and the damage generated by the "Poison" ability. This gives a little more time to the rest of the team to weaken the enemy.

Venari Marksrat has the objective of increasing by 1 point all the stats of his adjacent units.

Evelyn Auvera is the key unit of the strategy, since thanks to her "Immunity" ability, the negative effects do not hurt her. In addition, thanks to the amount of armor she possesses in combination with the "Void Armor" ability, she can sufficiently resist enemy magic and melee damage.

Moxian Rebel has the goal of granting magic attack to Evelyn Auvera, allowing her to be an offensive unit as well, which makes her even more valuable in the team.

As I mentioned before, choosing the summoner Grandmaster Rathe and the units Pelacor Conjurer, Chaos Agent, Xenith Monk, Venari Marksrat, Evelyn Auvera and Moxian Rebel was a good choice. However, it is also important to include support abilities that allow our tank and the rest of the team to resist enough.

Notice how by turn 20 of round 3, the enemy team was almost down. Xenith Monk and Evelyn Auvera resisted very well until the end, this was possible thanks to the support and contribution of Pelacor Conjurer, Chaos Agent, Venari Marksrat and Moxian Rebel.

The strategy proposed made efficient use of the amount of mana available, covering aspects such as: resistance against enemy damage, team support, good offense, and consistency with the present rule set.

A weakness of this strategy is an enemy team that has a strong offense and enough support skills to resist until circumstances completely weaken my team. Among the outstanding skills we can mention: "Immunity", "Cleanse", "Triage", "Tank Heal", "Heal", "Void Armor", "Repair", among others.

The difference between the strategies was that the enemy team did not have enough support skills, nor the "Void Armor" skill, which was key in the battle, so it was quickly weakened.

For the proper functioning of our strategies, it is important to consider all the aspects involved, so we must not only focus on the statistics and skills to combine. We must also take into account the influence of the rule sets on the strategy.
