Hello guys!
The last few days my routine of walking is just from home to my grandmother and back home, or from home at the supermarket which i did today.
My sister isn't live with us and i have to take care of my mother and the house. I can't go out for my regular walking as i used to because i have my mind at home of what my mom would do alone.
It's really exhausted of taking care things by yourself when actually there is one more capable person to help you out, but my sister is stubborn and someone else manipulate her...
