1# Heat a frying pan and pour in enough oil.
2#Crack the eggs and scramble until cooked.
3#Then add the kimchi that has been cut into small pieces.
4#Add the secret seasoning and add the rice
5# Stir everything until evenly mixed. Don't forget to add mushroom broth. If it's still not tasty enough, add soy sauce. I didn't use salt, so I replaced it with mushroom broth
6#The fried rice is cooked. Prepare a plate
7#Fry the eggs again. This is optional, because I wanted more protein, so I added an egg
8#Serve over fried rice and add spring onions.
