Logging yesterday’s steps! It was a day in the office for some training. They fed us well and even included some donuts, which was rude for the calories but awesome in every other respect.
I did some errands as well, earning well over 5K steps. I am slowly training myself to wake up earlier, with an eventual goal to get into a 5am wake + gym routine. Sounds wacky, but I think it’s going to be more and more necessary for maintaining energy, sanity, and side projects amid parenting. We shall see how it goes.
