I decided to start the week strong with a push workout as I pushed the pace a bit earlier. I felt it so did not push pace my max pace but I did achieve a full 35 minutes on the jog. I had a good cooldown afterwards before heading to the rest of my day at work which was intense.
It feels like it will be a long week as there are a number of events, meetings and deliverables along it. I did not catch up over the weekend so starting on the back foot. However, I tend to perform best when under pressure so an interesting week ahead.
