En cuanto a su narrativa deja mucho que desear, la película intenta construir giros de tuerca que cambien el rumbo del filme, sin embargo, lo hace de forma muy tosca y torpe, por lo que, al compararlo con otros exponentes del género está claro que quedaran aún peor (Como el ejemplo que puse previamente). Su duración no es exagerada por lo que es digerible, la mayoría del tiempo es predecible por lo que no hay realmente mucha expectativa con su final.

Lift no es un mal filme per se, sin embargo, peca de irse por lo seguro al repetir el mismo patrón que otras cintas con premisas similares convirtiéndose en algo con falta de originalidad, además, es una copia con menor calidad siendo este su mayor problema. Es por todo lo anterior que merece 2 estrellas de 7, no es un bodrio absoluto aunque al haber películas que hicieron lo mismo de forma considerablemente mejor no hay muchas razones para darle una oportunidad.
