Greetings, friends of Hive and @weekendexperiences, today I will once again participate in the initiative proposed by @galenkp, in which he presents several topics for us to express our experience and learn about that of other users within Hive.
Cabe destacar que desde que estudiaba bachillerato comenzó mi pasión por deporte, recuerdo que participe en mi primera carrera estudiantil de 14 Km, en la cual logré llegar a la meta. En la actualidad práctico senderismo y esto forma parte de mi vida, donde dos o tres veces a la semana realizó mis entrenamientos de diferentes recorridos con la finalidad disfrutar de la naturaleza, liberar el estrés y también para sentirme bien físicamente y de salud.
It's worth noting that my passion for sports began in high school. I remember participating in my first 14km student race, which I completed. Nowadays, I hike, and it's a part of my daily life. Two or three times a week, I train on different routes to enjoy nature, relieve stress, and also to feel good physically and healthily.
Por otro lado la resiliencia ha formado parte de mi vida y también de una gran parte de los que vivimos en Venezuela, hemos estado como volviendo a épocas pasadas que han sido superadas y en estos momentos estamos presentando problemas de los servicios eléctricos, gas doméstico, que afecta la calidad de vida. Sin embargo es necesario mantener una actitud positiva ante este tipo de problemas y buscarle la solución, para evitar estresarse y tomarse la cosas a pecho, para de esta manera darle respuesta a estos problemas que nos agobian constantemente.
On the other hand, resilience has been a part of my life, and that of many of us who live in Venezuela. We've been revisiting past eras that have been overcome, and right now we're experiencing problems with electricity and domestic gas, which affects our quality of life. However, it's necessary to maintain a positive attitude when faced with these types of problems and seek solutions to avoid stress and taking things personally. This will help us address these issues that constantly overwhelm us.
Asimismo a nivel laboral, es otra situación que tenemos los venezolanos con bajos salarios en la administración pública, pero he buscado otras opciones para poder cubrir los gastos del hogar y no renunciar para no perder mis años de servicios. Considero que a pesar de la situación laboral los docentes todavía estamos laborando, tenemos que tratar de llenarnos de paciencia y esperar que los organismos encargados den respuesta a todas las exigencias de los pagos de salarios de todos los trabajadores.
Likewise, at the work level, this is another situation we Venezuelans face with low salaries in the public sector, but I have sought other options to cover household expenses and not resign so as not to lose my years of service. I believe that despite the labor situation, teachers are still working. We must remain patient and wait for the responsible agencies to respond to all the demands for salary payments for all workers.
Para finalizar para mejorar como personas tenemos que tener también la fé puesta en Dios, para que nos de la sabiduría y la paciencia para enfrentar todas estas situaciones y sobretodo que me mantenga con una buena salud para poder alcanzar los objetivos que nos hemos establecido.
Finally, to improve as people, we must also have faith in God, so that He may give us the wisdom and patience to face all these situations and, above all, that He may keep me in good health so that we can achieve the goals we have set for ourselves.
