Hola, hola mis amigos creadores de esta maravillosa comunidad de increible bebida muchas bendiciones en esta semana santa, que la pasen excelente juntos su familia y amigos, hoy paso por aquí y les traigo una bebida milagrosa con muchos beneficios para su salud, además que es un súper rico jugo refrescante de naranja, limón y zanahoria para estos calores propio de estos día de la semana mayor.
Por su cantidad de antioxidantes y vitaminas A, C estimula y regenera las células ideal para mejorar la piel, fortalecer el cabello y las uñas y también de proteger la vista, éste jugo es muy fácil de hacer ... espero que les guste amigos....

INGREDIENTES PARA SU PREPARACIÓN:
● 4 naranjas maduras.
● 2 limones.
● 1 zanahoria.
● 250 gr de azúcar.
● 1 litro de agua.
INGREDIENTS FOR ITS PREPARATION:
● 4 ripe oranges.
● 2 lemons.
● 1 carrot.
● 250 grams of sugar.
● 1 liter of water.
PREPARACIÓN DEL JUGO MILAGROSO:
EL PASO A PASO:
● Iniciamos tomando la zanahoria rayamos con un cuchillo su primera capa de forma muy minuciosa.
● Lavamos la zanahoria y con un rayo la cortamos en forma de laja .
● Luego lavamos las cuatros naranjas y la pelamos con un cuchillo y la cortamos por la mitad.
● Seguidamente en un recipiente y con un colador esprimimos las naranjas de forma manual con las manos limpias y colamos así las naranjas .

● Continuamos en el mismo envase y con el mismo colador de las naranjas también le esprimimos los dos limones.
● Seguidamente vertemos el líquido o jugo de naranja y de limón en un vaso de la licuadora.
● Luego añadimos la zanahoria fileteada junto con el jugo de naranja y limón.
