A BEAUTIFUL GIRL WHO GOT MY ATTENTION.

Hello everyone, you’re all welcome to my blog. I want to share the story of a beautiful girl who got my attention.

What happened yesterday got my attention, everything about the scene was awesome. I saw a little girl of about three years old. She looked so beautiful, and she was dark in complexion. I saw her far away, so I realized she was walking with her father.

I couldn’t just take my eyes off her because she was an angel indeed. What she did that got my attention was that she exchanged pleasantries with everyone who passed by. When I got closer to where she was, I realized she couldn’t talk fluently.

To some people who were far away, she waved; to some that was near, she greeted them and also hugged them. At first, I thought, her father would stop her from doing that since she doesn’t know most of those people, but he didn’t. Instead of asking her not to do that, he looked for a place and relaxed.

It was as if my legs were nailed to the ground in such a way that I couldn’t move an inch. The next thing I heard was Good afternoon, Aunty, and I turned to look at the person she was greeting, and behold, I was the one. I was so excited to hear that. She came and hugged me, and I carried her.

I couldn’t stop looking back at that precious gift from God. She later left with her father and everyone commended her. I also left that place since she was no more there. I even forgot I was on my way to somewhere. When I got home, I sat down. And I began to recall what the little girl did.

I started comparing her with lots of children who cannot respect or greet an elderly person on the road.

At one point, I was confused. I wasn’t confused because of what she did, but I was confused because of her age and height. To me, she was well trained, and she was able to showcase the good training she got from her parents outside her home.

When I was a kid, my parents taught me how to greet but not like the one I saw, because, it seems she’s been trained for so long and she acted smartly. I learned a lesson from that beautiful girl.

Home training is not all about teaching your children how to wash their clothes, take their baths, cook some dishes, and above all, read their books. It’s beyond that my brothers and sisters. A well-trained child can never misbehave in public.

If your child doesn’t develop such a habit, he or she wouldn’t know how lonely some people are; when you greet them, you’ve given them a sense of belonging, and you’ve also relieved them from some thoughts that are bordering them.

In conclusion, never stop your child from doing what is good. You might know the vacuum she or he might have created in the lives of those people. Give them a chance to express themselves publicly.

Stopping your child from relating well with people is of no benefit to that child, he or she might be worse than you could ever think.

    Thank you for your time.
