Hello, hivers! Its been a while since I posted something here. I missed you all.
Today's blog is new to me. It's my first time having a walk this year. Literally a long walk. With my best friend, Kharolean. And now, let's move forward with how it started.
HOW IT STARTED.
Kharolean texted me that she likes to go walking/jogging today. And I read her messages when I woke up at 10:30 in the morning. And then I simply agreed to her plan. Since we started our healthy lifestyle last Wednesday. Then we promised to have a healthy lifestyle until we achieve our body achieved. Later on, when the time was 3:30 PM, Kharolean then went to our house to get me. To start our journey of walking/ exercising.
Look at us wearing shoes for running. I did not expect that her plan was successful. And I hope that we will achieve our body goal.
We started walking and wanted to achieve 10,000 steps. But suddenly, the clouds were gloomy. I did not wish it to be a rainy day. And still, we still walked from distance to distance and had achieved almost 2,000 steps ahead. When we achieve that step, it suddenly pours rain. We laughed, of course. And run.
You can see the clouds were gloomy. And that time, we wanted to go to where we started since it was raining at that moment. But we still achieved 6,000 steps. Almost 10,000 steps. But we decided to go home since its pouring, and we didn't want to get sick. We will walk again when we are not busy anymore for school work.
It is such a wonderful thing to do to your body. Walking increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance. And I can recommend to all of you. Happy living!
