Storm (typhoon Yagi) has subsided
Dear friends,
Yesterday morning, we (my mom, my sister, my uncle and I) went to a pagoda near Nyaung Shwe, which used to in the area of Kaw San Pi (ၵေႃႈသၢမ်ပီ) kingdom in ancient time. We went there to enshrine Buddha images, a small pagoda and some philosopher stone made by my father when he was alive.
Then, we went to pay homage to Bawrithat Pagoda located on the way to Nyaung Shwe and have lunch there. We found that the lower part of Nyaung Shwe was still partially submerged in water.
And when I arrived back home, I continued to work on the shelter for my car and yesterday, I installed truss beam because I found that the mid of the roof began to slag because of long span and roof weight. I have installed another beam and still have to weld short supporting bars between two beams to form as a truss beam.
Those are some of the activities for yesterday.
