Italian Pasta with Aroma of Indian spices.

    Hello Friends, How are you all ?? Wishing you happy and prosperous life ahead.

    Today i would like to share Italian Pasta recipe but With Indian twist and Flavours. Italian Pasta is almost everyone favourite, but have every Tried Pasta with Indian Flavours. It's a easy, quick, simple and super sumptuous way of preparing a vegetarian pasta dish, in a North Indian style. It is favourite of kids and adults both, if you can give this to kids for tiffin. It's healthy and Tasty recipe as it contains vegetables in it, you can add more or less vegetables depending on your choice and liking.
    You can enjoy at any time like makes for a good brunch, snack or a light dinner or sometimes for midnight craving 😉 For some twist and Flavours Added Maggie or Noddles to make it more delicious and Tasty.

    Ingredients 📃


    • 200 Grams of pasta.
    • 1 pack of Maggie with Masala.
    • 1 Chopped Onion.
    • 1 Chopped Tomato.
    • 1 Chopped Carrot.
    • 1 Chopped Capsicum.
    • 2-3 Green chilli(optional).
    • Salt to taste.
    • 3 tbsp of oil/Butter.
    • 1 tbsp of Turmeric powder.
    • 1 tbsp of red Chilli powder.
    (optional)
    • 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds.
    • 1 tbsp of chilli flakes
    • 1/2 tbsp oregano.
    • 1 cube of Cheese.
    • Coriander leaves for Garnish.

    Boil the Pasta


    Take a deep bottomed pan and add water to it. Keep it on high flame and add salt and 2 oil in it. Once it comes to a boil, add the pasta it and stir properly. Let it boil and keep stirring to prevent the pasta from sticking from the bottom.

    Now add Maggie to boiling water.

    Strain with the help of strainer, wash it twice-Thrice to remove the strach from it,now your pasta is ready to cooked in a sauces and vegetables.

    Take a Kadhai/ Sauce pan, Heat the oil, add the Cumin seeds, when it's start crackling, add chopped vegetables, saute it untill it get translucent.

    Now add indian spices like turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Maggi masala and salt to taste.

    Now add the boiled pasta and Maggie into masala gravy.

    Mix it with soft hand, so that your pasta couldn't break. mix it well.

    Cooked it at low flame, so that pasta get heatup.

    Now grate the cheese from the top, so that it melt with the pasta.

    Add the green Coriander leaves for garnish

    While serving, you can garnish it with some coriander leaves, greated cheese cheese.
