Greetings, everyone! I trust you are all doing well. As a first-timer on the Actifit Report, I'd like to share a bit about how I spent my day yesterday engaging in an activity that strengthens muscles and increases blood flow.
Throughout last year, from January to February and partly March, I was always seen commuting to and from work by car. I understand this isn't the healthiest choice, but due to morning rushes, I opted for cars to and from work, leaving me exhausted.
However, I've resolved to make a change for a healthier lifestyle. Therefore, I decided not to take a car when returning from work but rather to walk. Below is a picture of me returning from work 👇🏾
