It has been a while since my last Travel Escapade here in the Community due to the very busy days I have but for now, I am happy to share with all of you my recent travel activities which I consider as one of my unforgettable experiences I have this year.
Just a few days ago, I went to Taguig City in Manila for an important event I was invited and that was the launch of Kaia, the newest Brand Name of Klaytn for which I was the first Brand Ambassador here in the Philippines. It was indeed a great event and also a great experience for me.
The next day in which in that day, I never missed the opportunity since the know Venice Grand Canal Mall in McKinley Hill in Taguig City is very near to my hotel where I reside.
On the last day of my stay in Taguig City around 10:30 in the morning, I went to the said Mall as it will open by 11:00 in the morning. I was very excited as it was my first time visiting that tourist attraction which is a replica of the famous Venice Grand Canal in Italy.
Finally, after around 10 minutes, I arrived at the Venice Grand Canal Mall and I was very amazed at what I saw just as I arrived the building truly looked and felt like in Italy based on what I usually saw on the internet. At the time we arrived, the entrance itself was very Instagramable and very nice to take pictures.
As I go inside, it feels different knowing that this place is a Mall but it is very different as I compare to others, the ambiance and the sceneries that we can see inside. Just as we go inside, we immediately encounter a Mascot or Clown that gives joy to all who get inside, but honestly, I was a bit scared of them.
After a while, I then went to the Grand Canal inside and thanked God for finally seeing it in person without any hesitation I took lots of pictures and selfies just to enjoy the moment although I was alone, I still enjoyed everything here especially the scenery.
I've gone all around the Mall and in the Grand taking pictures and thank God as I also found someone who I asked a favor to take a picture of me here in the place thank them a lot for they were very approachable and friendly at the time I asked them they never hesitate to take a picture of me alone.
During lunch, I look for something to take my lunch that is not too costly and I found this know fast-food restaurant, the Jollibee and also take my time there to rest for a while before I continue here in the Mall.
After my lunch, after a while, I continued my remaining time exploring and enjoying what's here in the Mall especially here at the Grand Canal. I've gone to different places and taken some pictures as my remembrance here. It took me more or less 1 hour before I decided to go to the Airport as my flight home was at 5:25 in the afternoon.
So, I went to the airport around 2:30 in the afternoon though it was very early it is much better to be in the airport early than to be very late and encounter problems. But thank God everything went very well and I just got home safe and sound around 9:00 in the evening.
My experience during my travel escapade was truly extraordinary and unforgettable and I will always thank God for all of this. I will keep all of this a memorable experience that I will always cherish forever.
