Rice cake or puto is one of the original Filipino delicacy instead of Puto made of flour. Made of rice is the best, the texture in every bite has a delicious sensation in our tongue.
I don't know how to cook this one but our family from the province made it for us as they visited us last weekend. It was long time ago that we had eaten this. I never find it in the city. Puto from the province have a big differences because they used fresh banana leaves in steaming it.
