🌠Pani Puri Recipe: Quick & Easy Street food at Home!

    How are uou all? I hope you are doing well, Today i will share a recipe of flavourful pani puri.Pani Puri, a beloved Indian street food, is a delightful ensemble of crispy puris filled with a spicy potato mixture and dunked in tangy, minty water. Don't worry if you don't have the time to make puris from scratch; with this easy recipe, you can whip up this iconic snack using store-bought puri packets. So, gather your ingredients and let's dive into the world of homemade Pani Puri!

    Ingredients:

    • Puris (small, round, crispy shells)

    • 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes

    • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions

    • 1/4 cup tamarind chutney

    • 1/4 cup green chutney (made with coriander, mint, green chilies, and lemon juice)

    • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

    • 1 teaspoon chaat masala

    • Salt to taste
      water

    • 2 tablespoons mint leaves, chopped

    • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped

    • 1 teaspoon black salt

    • 1 teaspoon dry mango powder (amchur)

    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

    Instructions:
    STEP 1
    Take a packet of ready-made puris. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the puris until they are crispy. Then, set them aside.


    STEP 2
    In a bowl, mix together mashed potatoes, chopped onions, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder and salt. This mixture is called the filling.


    STEP 3
    Green chutney:
    In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, green chili, coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder, and a little water. Blend until you achieve a smooth paste.Your green chutney is ready.


    Tamarind chutney:

    STEP 4
    Make a tangy water mixture by mixing water, tamarind chutney, cumin powder ,black salt, dry mango powder, black pepper powder, chat masala.


    And green chutneyand mix well.


    STEP 5
    Crack a small hole in the top of each puri. Fill each puri with a spoonful of the filling mixture, green chutney,tamarind chutney, yogurt and sprinkle sev .You can also eat it like this.

    Filled each puri into the tangy water mixture.Serve immediately and enjoy the burst of flavors!
