Hola amigos de Home Solutions, hoy les traigo una nueva recomendación para que limpien su hogar de manera natural. En casa, usualmente trapeo los pisos con agua, vinagre y unas gotas de aceite esencial de limón y mandarina. Ahora les, voy a indicar otra receta que llevo probando un par de meses, con una hierba con propiedades super poderosas como lo es el Romero, el cual posee propiedades antibacterianas, desinfectantes, y anti fúngicas. Y además de usarla para mantener nuestro Hogar Limpio, podemos utilizarla embellecer nuestro cabello con un tónico capilar que le aportará brillo, suavidad y evitará la caída.
Hello friends of Home Solutions, today I bring you a new recommendation to clean your home in a natural way. At home, I usually mop the floors with water, vinegar and a few drops of lemon and tangerine essential oil. Now I am going to show you another recipe that I have been testing for a couple of months, with an herb with super powerful properties such as Rosemary, which has antibacterial, disinfectant and antifungal properties. And besides using it to keep our home clean, we can use it to beautify our hair with a hair tonic that will bring shine, softness and prevent hair loss.
Vamos a necesitar
Romero (puede ser fresco o seco)
Agua filtrada ( yo utilice 3 tazas)
Jarra
colador
Vinagre
Conchas de Limón o aceite esencial de Limón, naranja, mandarina.
We will need
Rosemary (can be fresh or dried)
Filtered water ( I used 3 cups)
Pitcher
strainer
Vinegar
Lemon peel or essential oil of lemon, orange, tangerine.
Para trapear nuestro piso / To mop our floor
Vamos a tomar una olla y vamos a colocar nuestras tres tazas de agua filtrada y cuando nuestra agua este tibia; coloca el romero fresco o las dos cucharadas de romero seco previamente machacado para que libere sus aromas.
We are going to take a pot and we are going to place our three cups of filtered water and when our water is warm; place the fresh rosemary or the two tablespoons of dried rosemary previously crushed so that it releases its aromas.
Dejamos hervir por unos 5 minutos. Luego apagamos el fuego y colocamos las conchas de limón en nuestra infusión de romero, como no tenía conchas de limón coloque unas 10 gotas de aceite esencial de mandarina, limón y bergamota. Una vez este frio, colamos y llevamos a un envase yo le coloco las conchas de limón una vez envasado.
Let it boil for about 5 minutes. Then we turn off the fire and place the lemon shells in our rosemary infusion, as I did not have lemon shells I put about 10 drops of essential oil of mandarin, lemon and bergamot. Once it is cold, we strain it and take it to a container, I put the lemon shells in it once it is bottled.
Para trapear nuestro piso sólo utilizo una media taza de esta infusión a mi balde y además le agrego un chorrito de vinagre. Y listo! Tus pisos quedarán relucientes.
To mop our floor I only use a half cup of this infusion to my bucket and I also add a splash of vinegar. And that's it! Your floors will be shiny.
Esta misma infusión de romero, puedes colocarle 1/4 taza de vinagre y la colocas en un atomizador, con unas gotas de aceite esencial de limón ( o conchas de limón), unas gotas de detergente de lavar platos; la agitas muy bien y puedes usarla para desodorizar tu nevera, limpiar tu cocina, microondas, horno, muebles de la cocina. También puedes utilizarla en la papelera de tu baño o para rociarla en tu inodoro y lavamanos. Como es totalmente natural puedes limpiar hasta los juguetes de tus niños.
This same rosemary infusion, you can add 1/4 cup of vinegar and put it in a spray bottle, with a few drops of lemon essential oil (or lemon shells), a few drops of dishwashing detergent; shake it very well and you can use it to deodorize your fridge, clean your kitchen, microwave, oven, kitchen furniture. You can also use it in your bathroom wastebasket or spray it in your toilet and sink. As it is totally natural, you can even clean your children's toys.
Debes tomar en cuenta que si tus pisos y encimera de la cocina son de granito o mármol no le puedes colocar vinagre ya que éste manchará tus pisos.
Keep in mind that if your floors and kitchen countertops are made of granite or marble, you cannot use vinegar because it will stain your floors.
También puedes aplicar una infusión de romero en tu cabello, para evitar la caspa y la caída desde hace unos meses estoy usándolo y la verdad es que ha controlado un poco la caída, mi recomendación es que lo apliques con un atomizador y dejes actuar por unos 15 minutos. Luego lava tu cabello como de costumbre.

En el atomizador tenia un poco de agua de rosas y la aproveche para agregarla al tónico de romero.
I had some rose water in the spray bottle and I used it to add it to the rosemary tonic.
Si tienes el cabello claro, ten cuidado porque el romero tiende a oscurecer un poco el cabello.
If you have light hair, be careful because rosemary tends to darken your hair a bit.
