    Family planing is choosing the number of children in a family and the length of time their births. Men and women in Pakistan women especially are poorly informed about family planning. Most of the women don't have idea about family planning because 76% women are illiterate.

In Pakistan the cultural and religious institutions consider family planning a very wrong deed and have been fiercely resistant to this trend.
