A mi me gusta mucho el orden y trato de contagiar mi actitud hacia mis colegas de trabajo. Por eso si podemos mejorar algo, como por ejemplo una credencial para entregar en mano, lo hacemos!.
Siempre me gusto diseñar, ya sea en computadora o hacer diseños para tarjetas, credenciales, banners, etc. Esto generaba un poco mas de seriedad y cuidado de nuestras herramientas ya que al entregar algo que no tiene ni siquiera un numero, la gente maltrataba la credencial. Ahora si veia un numero, un logo, un mensaje, le daba importancia y la entregaba en condiciones.
Por este motivo luego de aplicar esta estrategia en mi edificio (Agricultura), los demas edificios copiaron mi metodologia y aplicaron la misma receta con exito en ambos accesos (Alsina, Correo, Economia, Industria, etc).
Ademas del orden en los materiales, siempre les tome leccion a mis compañeros para tenerlos preparados para cualquier situacion de incontigencia en el cual yo no este presente para actuar. Por eso les tomaba un examen sorpresa cada cierto tiempo.
Afuera en el patio, los dos gatos controlan todo. Y ya en la oficina, antes de terminar la jornada, nos ponemos a limpiar todo y dejar super prolijo y limpio para mis compañeros que nos reemplazan en el turno. Orden en la oficina...SIEMPRE!

I really like order and I try to spread my attitude towards my work colleagues. That's why if we can improve something, such as a credential to be delivered by hand, we will do it!
I always liked to design, whether on the computer or making designs for cards, credentials, banners, etc. This generated a little more seriousness and care for our tools since when delivering something that does not even have a number, people mistreated the credential. Now if I saw a number, a logo, a message, I gave it importance and delivered it in good condition.

Outside in the yard, the two cats control everything. And now in the office, before the end of the day, we start cleaning everything and leaving it super neat and clean for my colleagues who replace us on the shift. Order in the office...ALWAYS!
