As I said, I love photos with history. I chose two today.
My dog Umka is in the photo above. It's a big fat mongrel that may seem quite formidable. In fact, Umka has a golden heart. She is one of the kindest creatures in the world. Umka loves to take care of small animals. Any puppy or kitten immediately becomes the subject of her attention. She is ready to warm and protect any baby. She's never had her puppies and it's just amazing how she knows how to take care of them.
And this is a photo from the family archive. This is my dog Nicky and puppy Indik. He's not her puppy, but that doesn't prevent her from taking care and patience with him. Animals are generally very tolerant of babies, regardless of who their parents are. I'm always tound when my dogs show a willingness to care.
