I started this post with a little " poetry attempt" which, to be honest, I don't know where it came from; I was just there about to start creating a purely photographic post and I started to write those short lines with some grammatical and logical license... The truth is that I liked them and I hope you did too... But please, keep looking at the pictures; go ahead, they are very new, and almost as abstract as my way of accompanying them with text today...

Comencé esta publicación con un pequeño "intento de poema" el cual, para ser sincero, no sé de donde me ha salido; simplemente estaba allí apunto de comenzar a crear un post netamente fotográfico y comencé a escribir esas cortas lineas con alguna licencia gramatical y lógica... Lo cierto es que me han gustado y espero que a ustedes también... Pero por favor, continúen mirando las fotos; adelante, son muy nuevas, y casi tan abstractas como mi forma de acompañarlas con texto hoy...

In a town like this, where painting a façade can be such an expense that it will leave you unable to eat for a while, peeling walls or walls with several layers of old paint on top of each other is a normal thing to find. Then, all that chaos, all that complex and interwoven chromatic uncertainty, becomes spaces that speak about times gone by... At least that's how it happens for me, because I look at those walls and I understand them, and when I don't understand them I intuit them...

En un pueblo como este, en donde pintar una fachada puede suponer un gasto tal que os dejará sin poder comer un tiempo, es algo normal encontrar paredes descascaradas o con varias capas de viejas pinturas superpuestas. Entonces, todo ese caos, toda esa incertidumbre cromática compleja y entreverada, se convierte en espacios que hablan de tiempo pasado... Cuando menos así sucede para mi, pues yo miro esas paredes y las entiendo, y cuando no las entiendo las intuyo...

_{ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL NOTE: Photographs captured with my Nikon D7000 DSLR camera in RAW format, then processed in Adobe Camera RAW for adjustments regarding light, sharpening, contrast and depth... They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape 3.6.3.}

_{NOTA TÉCNICA ADICIONAL: Fotografias capturadas con mi cámara DSLR Nikon D7000 en formato RAW, procesadas posteriormente en Adobe Camera RAW para ajustes relativos a luz, afilado, contraste y profundidad... Luego fueron exportadas a formato JGP sobre el cual se llevaron a cabo modificaciones menores como enderezado y agregado de marcas de agua usando PhotoScape 3.6.3.}
