    Hi guys,

About two weeks ago I made my first post about moon karts. I did a bit of a review about the game and also my impressions on it. Today I’ll be looking at the game mechanics of moon karts. Stick with me. I hope you’ll be here for the first time that I play the game as well.

As I said in my previous post. This is a game which is similar to the go karts games we used to play on tablets and iPads as kids. This type of kart games were a little bit different from the normal racing games we used to play.

With a kart games we mostly just have fun with funny looking cars but with this one on hive you earn rewards which is the in game currency of the game.

Moon karts is a fast paced racing game where players can play and earn. I can say play-have fun-earn. This is the 3 cycle of the moon karts game on hive. The players engage with a driver and his truck using his skills to navigate tracks whilst aiming to collect in game currencies.

When you begin you need to get a kart and also a driver. Without these two characters you can’t enter a race. After gethim this two resources you’ll still need resources along the way to build and improve on your driver as well as your track so you can go higher in the game and also earn more.

This game doesn’t just demand that you have speed. You need skills as it’s an essential part of the moon karts game.

Here is how the game is played.

As I said you don’t need to have speed to win a game. You need a lot of other things all though speed is a big factor as well.

Firstly you’ll need to consider your health. The health determines how much damage your kart can take. This kind of reminds me of mortal combat where you’ll beat your opponent till his bar of health depletes and then you win.

In moon karts the health defines the amount of gravity of damage your kart can take before you take a break.

Secondly speed, it determines the top speed a racer kart can go in a given race. This means for each race or event your kart can only attain a certain amount of speed.

Thirdly, handily. This determines how well you can navigate turns. This is an essential part as some curves are shaper and will need you have a better handling to be able to navigate it.

Fourthly, acceleration. Speed and acceleration are two different things here. With acceleration it determines how quickly you can reach top speed.

Let’s take a look at the racing modes.

In moon karts we have two types of racing moods. This is the practice mode also known as the single player mode and the multiplayer mode.

The practice mode is a game mode where a player challenges himself in different things. Over here you can do time trivials to see how fast you are. You can also use different kart configurations as well and also use different driver combinations as you’re striving to beat your personal record.

In the multiplayer mode, this allows players to compete against each other. The game helps in this pairing as it does something similar to spl. It pairs players with similar skill set and also similar ranks against each other to compete.

In the multiplayer mode as well players compete against each other for a spot on the leader board.

Moon karts is a different type of feeling and I entreat you to try it out.
