However, this is no ordinary match; it will be against his long-time friend Christian Cage for the TNT Championship. And guess what? It’s an “I Quit” fight – so get ready!
This other issue seems to revolve around The Patriarchy group that has become a thorn in the flesh to Edge and by all means unfair.
They do have some sort of strength in numbers thing going on making it even harder than it already is for Edge’s match though. Hang on though.
There could still be hope! There is Beth Phoenix who might come through for Edge. She herself is a legend in WWE and understands how things are done inside the ring.
Beth was there when Edge had his last match in WWE at Toronto.
Saying goodbye to professional wrestling seemed like a big thing then.
Contrariwise, Edge is in AEW back in her home town and so Beth could be present for him again. Whenever The Patriarchy gets cheeky, she would take over from me and square the odds. It’s just like a tag team match but with marital powers.
Edge himself has spoken about how it feels to wrestle in Toronto once more.
There was no surety that he would engage in another wrestling contest after his previous WWE fight Nevertheless, now this is happening exactly as he always desired against an old buddy from his city of origin It is something out of a movie you know?
Edge cannot wait for this game and it’s catching.
Some people say that the third attempt is usually successful isn’t it? Therefore, this will be the third chance for Edge to get hold of the TNT Championship.
If you see how he has been struggling to make it even more clearly than I do. Given all that’s happened between Edge and Christian cage in the past, tomorrow’s match will just turn up.
Beth showing up for Edge would also be a great idea. This simply means that there is nothing impossible where love and team work are combined; not even in wrestling. In addition, it heightens an already intense encounter further.
Secondly, who doesn’t love a good underdog story? The Patriarchy being fought by Edge with his wife standing side by side; this is like something from a comic book.
Yeah, well, I will indeed be watching to see the results tomorrow. There is one thing though; the game will be hot.
In Toronto, Edge and Christian Cage will fight for a TNT Championship; it cannot get any better than that! Cheering for you Edge.
