Uno de los pocos talentos que creo que tengo es la creación de productos, soy muy feliz diseñando un producto desde cero, desde la elección de la materia prima, las herramientas a usar, su producción, la elección de los colores de la marca, el nombre, el estilo del paquete, la promoción del producto, hacer todo esto me llena de alegría y de satisfacción, las horas parecen no pasar mientras estoy en mi proceso creativo hasta que el producto queda terminado.
La satisfacción que genera crear algo es inimaginable, es como si la alegría no se fuese a agotar, claro hay momentos de presión y de estrés, pero las ganas de crear algo nuevo nos impulsan a no desmayar, las ganas de emprender nos llevan a ser perseverantes en las turbulencias que pueda haber.
Recuerdo una conferencia en donde hablaban sobre los emprendimientos que ocurren en Japón y me llamo la atención algo que dijo el conferencista y era que los japoneses no esperan obtener ganancias de su negocio para gastarlos en los primeros años, sino que ellos invierten todas las utilidades que genera su negocio en la empresa, ellos tienen la regla de que el dinero de la empresa es de la empresa y para la empresa, su visión es crear empresas para que duren más de 100 anos para ello su meta es a largo plazo y por ende no se desaniman al no obtener resultados rápidos y esto es lo que los mantiene enfocados para desarrollar un buen producto que satisfaga las necesidades de la masa.
En este camino hay dificultades, esto lo tengo presente en todo momento porque en el trayecto del emprendedor hay espinas en medio de las rosas que nos agradan oler, detrás del éxito hay sudor, lagrimas, miedos, a veces las cosas no se dan como pensamos, el emprendedor siempre anda a la expectativa de lo que pasara ya que este mundo es incierto, tal vez puedas obtener más ganancias que un asalariado pero la diferencia es que el asalariado haga lo que haga siempre tendrá la seguridad de que va obtener su mensualidad mientras que el emprendedor depende de su talento y las ventas para obtener ganancias, esto algunas veces crea incertidumbre pero a pesar de todo ello es mejor ser emprendedor mil veces que asalariado ya que hay más libertad.
He tenido la oportunidad de vivir las etapas de un emprendedor porque una vez pase por allí y a pesar de que en ese momento no se dieron las cosas, aun así mi visión y propósito es crear algo lindo de lo que me sienta orgullosa de haber ideado, con esto en la mente inicio nuevamente este camino.
En el hecho de emprender hay una euforia indescriptible y una alegría por hacer lo que realmente nos gusta hacer y nos llena más allá de lo monetario que también nos emociona, claro está, es por ello, que, si amas lo que haces, lo harás sin desmayar por mucho tiempo, así que has lo que amas y obtendrás buenos resultados, basado en esto, haré lo que más me gusta que sea crear productos.

The satisfaction generated by creating something is unimaginable, it is as if the joy would not run out, of course there are moments of pressure and stress, but the desire to create something new drives us not to faint, the desire to undertake leads us to be perseverant in the turbulence that may be.
I remember a conference where they talked about entrepreneurship in Japan and I was struck by something that the speaker said and that was that the Japanese do not expect to make profits from their business to spend them in the early years, but they invest all the profits generated by their business in the company, They have the rule that the company's money is from the company and for the company, their vision is to create companies to last more than 100 years for this reason their goal is long term and therefore they do not get discouraged when they do not get quick results and this is what keeps them focused to develop a good product that meets the needs of the masses.
In this path there are difficulties, I have this in mind at all times because in the path of the entrepreneur there are thorns in the middle of the roses that we like to smell, behind the success there is sweat, tears, fears, sometimes things do not happen as we think, the entrepreneur always walks in the expectation of what will happen because this world is uncertain, Maybe you can get more profit than an employee but the difference is that the employee, whatever he does, will always have the security that he will get his monthly payment while the entrepreneur depends on his talent and sales to get profits, this sometimes creates uncertainty but in spite of all this it is better to be an entrepreneur a thousand times than an employee because there is more freedom.
I have had the opportunity to live the stages of an entrepreneur because once I went through it and although at that time things did not work out, even so my vision and purpose is to create something beautiful that I am proud to have devised, with this in mind I start this path again.
In the fact of entrepreneurship there is an indescribable euphoria and joy to do what we really like to do and fills us beyond the monetary that also excites us, of course, that is why, if you love what you do, you will do it without fainting for a long time, so do what you love and you will get good results, based on this, I will do what I like the most which is to create products.
