I'm so happy to be participating in this week's contest,
I'm made to understand that tolerance is a virtue, and with that for productivity to be efficient one has to possess tolerance, also I believe that patience and tolerance walk hand in hand. So to succeed at our workplace or any environment we find ourselves, we must learn to tolerate each other's excesses, only then can we exploit, which will bring about teamwork yielding to productivity
Tolerance is seen as being fair, developing an objective attitude toward people whose lifestyles differ from our own. Tolerance also means adopting an open mind in our interactions with those who are different from us because of their innate and acquired characteristics. Tolerance allows team members to appreciate and leverage each other's differences, resulting in creativity, problem-solving, innovation, and improved overall performance. Tolerance at the workplace is about acknowledging and respecting differences, embracing diversity, and creating an inclusive atmosphere that promotes collaboration and productivity. When employees feel accepted and valued for who they are, they are more likely to be engaged and committed to their work.
Tolerating workers are more productive in their workplace, because it fosters creativity, productivity, trust as well as respect....one of the critical factors to success is our ability to leverage the full potential of people and delivering an outstanding experience, offering tailored solutions, and driving operating efficiency and profitability, also lack of tolerance can hinder team development and progress at the workplace. Tolerance brings about happiness and understanding among team members which is closely linked to effective communication. With tolerance employees are more open to expressing their thoughts and opinions, knowing that they will be heard and respected. With this it promotes a healthy exchange of ideas, improving the decision-making processes, and creating a communicative culture that is conducive to professional growth.
Tolerance is crucial in the workplace because we’re not born with prejudices, as we’re exposed to society’s norms, we develop opinions and beliefs that don’t always align with others. When we adopt an attitude of inclusion and tolerance, we open up a world of possibilities, which will birth effectiveness and honest communication, which also fostered creativity by exchanging ideas across a broad spectrum of expertise, tolerance brings respect and trust between individuals, as well as loyalty and productivity.
These are all keys to increasing the overall quality of teamwork and organizational efficiency.
Thus with tolerance we creates a safe and productive environment where employees know exactly what’s expected of them and what they can expect from others.
With this it is clear that tolerance is essential for productivity, because it brings about understanding among team members which will lead to exploits at the workplace.
