Sometimes we find people on the road without motivation, as we Venezuelans say, asking permission to move one foot to move the other. Without impetus or strength to move forward. As they say, you have to give them strings to make them move. If you have them in your work team or in a project, you have to be behind them so they can finish it. It's hard to deal with people like that, who don't have the strength to fight.

¡Ándale ándale!....

Why do they act like that and lose the will to live. Everyone goes through special situations and maybe there is something deep inside them that prevents them from doing so. They have to work hard and need help to continue. Some people lock themselves up in negativity and victimize themselves, others try to escape from this situation. There are many very internal things and this is why you should not judge, but support and encourage them, and tell them:

¡Ándale ándale!.... I am with you, by your side supporting you

Believe it or not, there are people who believe that their life has no meaning and that is why they do not act, because they believe that their efforts will not lead them to anything and they will not achieve their goals. The mind is inexplicable and they do not have the maturity to overcome their fears and persevere. It is for this reason that one must first know the circumstances before judging. Above all, help them to bring out all the talent and abilities they have and are afraid to show.

It often happens that the goals, objectives and life projects are not considered interesting and only by obligation they do them. Perhaps motivated by the fact that they do not like what they are currently doing and expect other things from life. I have seen these cases, when children are forced by their parents to study something they are not passionate about. There are so many things that can happen to a human being in a moment of his life and this affects them emotionally.

On the other hand, we don't all move at the same pace, some tend to be like Speedy Gonzalez, all the time anxious to get there fast and saying:

¡Ándale ándale!...

Others are like Tranquilino Rodriguez, Speedy Gonzalez's cousin. Those who lead their lives very calmly and when they need to make decisions, it becomes a little more difficult and they are paralyzed by fear. They are two opposite and extreme sides, the best thing to do is to achieve a balance to avoid stress. Believe it or not, sometimes it is difficult to change and move to achieve goals and objectives. However, if support and motivation is found, it would serve as a boost.

Ultimately, all people do not act in the same way. However, this does not mean that they do not attach importance to things. When we meet such people on the road, it is often said that we should give them strings as if they were a music box and tell them:

¡Ándale ándale!...

We are different in everything, unique and unrepeatable beings, even our biological clock is different, the way we see life, among other things. It is for this reason that there is no need to worry as long as personal, family and work goals are achieved. This is where the leader figure appears, capable of leading a team to achievement, rowing with them and supporting them in everything that is required. Also in the home, it is necessary to have that figure that drives the family.

I have seen cases of people who are somewhat slow like Tranquilino Rodriguez, suddenly decide to change and give a new turn to their lives and transform themselves for the better. This is an example that only we are able to change internally and with this attitude, modify our environment and the world.

Don't be one of those people who, before starting the journey, sit down, give up and don't move. They dream and these dreams vanish because they do not work to achieve them. It is necessary to move forward, even with small steps, but with a lot of firmness and with your eyes fixed on the goal. Perhaps with a little fear because the future is unknown, but with the certainty and conviction that success will be achieved.

Algunas veces encontramos en el camino a personas sin motivación, como decimos los venezolanos pedir permiso a un pie para mover el otro. Sin ímpetus ni fuerzas para seguir adelante. Como quien dice hay que darle cuerdas para que se muevan. Si los tienes en el equipo de trabajo o de algún proyecto, hay que estar detrás de ellos para que puedan terminarlo. Es difícil lidiar con persona así, que no tengan fuerzas para luchar.

¡Ándale ándale!...

A que se debe que actúen así y pierdan las ganas de vivir. Cada quien pasa por situaciones especiales y quizás hay algo muy dentro de sí que se lo impide. Ellos tienen que trabajar mucho y necesitan ayuda para continuar. Algunos se encierran en una negatividad y se victimizan, otros intentar escapar de esta situación. Hay muchas cosas muy internas y es por esto que no se debe juzgar, sino apoyar y darles ánimo, y decirles:

¡Ándale ándale!... Estoy contigo, a tu lado apoyándote

Aunque no lo crean hay personas que creen que su vida no tiene sentido y por eso no accionan, ya que consideran que sus esfuerzos no los llevaran a nada y no lograran sus metas. La mente es inexplicable. y no tienen la madurez para superar sus miedos y perseverar. Es por esta razon que hay que primero saber las circuntacias antes de juzgar. Sobre todo, ayudar para que logren sacar todo ese talento y habilidades que tienen y les da miedo manifestar.

Suele suceder que las metas, objetivos y los proyectos de vida no los considere interesantes y solo por obligación los hace. Quizás motivado a que no les guste lo que estén haciendo actualmente y esperen otras cosas de la vida. He visto estos casos, cuando los hijos son obligados a estudiar por los padres algo que no les apasiona. Hay tantas cosas que pueden sucederle al ser humano en un momento de su vida y esto los afecta emocionalmente.

Por otro lado, todos no nos movemos al mismo ritmo, algunos tienden a ser como el Speedy González , todo el tiempo ansiosos por llegar rápido y diciendo:

¡Ándale ándale!...

Otros por el contrario son como Tranquilino Rodriguez, primo de Speedy González. Aquellos que llevan la vida con mucha calma y cuando requieren tomar decisiones se les hace un poco mas difícil y se quedan paralizados del miedo. Son dos lados opuestos y extremos, lo óptimo es lograr el equilibro para evitar el estrés. Aunque no lo crean, a veces es difícil cambiar y moverse para lograr las metas y objetvos. Sin embargo, si se encuentra apoyo y motivación, serviría de impulso.

En definitiva, todos las personas no accionan de igual manera. Sin embargo, esto no quiere decir que no le den importancia a las cosas. Cuando encontramos en el camino este tipo de personas, suele decirse que hay que darle cuerdas como si fuese una cajita de música y decirles:

¡Ándale ándale!...

Somos diferentes en todo, seres únicos e irrepetibles, hasta nuestro reloj biológico es diferente, la manera de ver la vida, entre otras cosas. Es por esta razón que no hay que preocuparse mientras se logren las metas personales, familiares, y laborales. Aquí es donde aparece la figura líder capaz de llevar a un equipo al logro, remando junto a ellos y apoyándolo en todo lo que se requiera. También en el hogar, hace falta esa figura que impulse a la familia.

He visto casos de personas que son algo lentas como Tranquilino Rodríguez, de repente deciden cambiar y darle un nuevo giro a su vida y se trasforman para bien. Esto es un ejemplo de que solo nosotros somos capaces de cambiar internamente y con esta actitud, modificar nuestro entorno y el mundo.

No seas de esas personas que antes de iniciar el camino se sientan, se rinden y no se mueven. Sueñan y estos se esfuman porque no trabajan para lograrlos. Es necesario avanzar, aunque sea con pequeños pasos, pero con mucha firmeza y con la mirada fija en la meta. Quizás con un poco de miedo porque no se conoce el futuro, pero con la certeza y convicción de que se alcanzara el éxito.

Amigos de la Comunidad de #ThoughtfulDailyPost, creo que lo importante es asumir que hay algo que está ocasionando un problema y afecta nuestra vida. Como dicen por ahí. Ni muy, muy, ni tan, tan…

Ni Tranquilino… Ni Speedy, solo tratar en lo posible de mantener el equilibrio.
