    Banana sponge cake which is very popular with some Indonesians or people from other regions, banana sponge cake is also very similar to the chocolate taste as a combination, this is the first time I made this chocolate banana sponge cake at home, usually I often buy it at a cake shop, but I was curious about the processing method so I intended to make it myself at home, with the help of my mother, and the recipe was given by my mother.

    Banana and chocolate is an amazing combination of food, anyone who enjoys it will definitely be addicted to try it again, like me and my family really love banana chocolate sponge cake, and this is the first time I tried to make it at home and I hope it works, friends.

    Materials used

    3 ripe bananas (you can use any type of banana
    3 eggs
    15 tablespoons of wheat flour
    5 tablespoons of granulated sugar
    1 pack of milo powder
    3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk chocolate
    1/2 tsp vanilla powder
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 std salt
    15 tablespoons of cooking oil


    Manufacturing procedure



    First


    Mash the banana using a fork, mash until the banana is smooth, then break 3 eggs and add them to the banana batter.

    Second


    then add granulated sugar, salt, vanilla, baking powder, chocolate sweetened condensed milk and also milo milk powder and wheat flour with, sifted wheat flour and milo milk powder first so that the flour does not clump. keep stirring until the mixture is all mixed

    Third


    also add frying oil to the batter, mix again until evenly distributed, then prepare a baking sheet, spread margarine on the baking sheet, put the dough into the baking sheet, then cut a banana and place it on top of the dough as a garnish later.

    Fourd


    then bake the bolu in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees celsius, using top and bottom heat for 50 minutes, and after the bolu is cooked I also add grated chocolate sticks on top.

    This is a beautiful result, right? When it comes to taste, don't doubt it. According to him, the taste of the banana is very good with added chocolate, which is very good, the sweetness is just right, not too sweet, basically I can't stop eating it, even though the cake doesn't rise too much, but who would have thought it would taste so good.
