    Hello my dear vegan friends!

    What do you like to eat during raining day? Today has wet and cool weather, I feel to eat a hot noodles soup to warm my stomach.

    This morning I went to nearby wet market to source some fresh vegetables and mushrooms. I saw the Wonton Noodles was new imported from Malaysia, I wanted to try it. So I bought few packs home.

    Today let me share with you a healthy vegan homecook: Three Mushrooms Shanghai Green Wonton Noodles

    The ingredients such as Wonton noodles, King Oyster mushrooms, Dried mushrooms, Brown Shimeji mushrooms, Small Shanghai Green, Fried Yuba, carrot and corianders. The condiments are vegetarian oyster oil, sesame oil, mushroom powder, Five-spice powder, salt and pepper.

    Firstly, rinse all vegetables and mushrooms. Cut the vegetables and mushrooms into small pieces. Dip the Brown Shimeji mushroom, King Oyster mushroom, and Dried mushroom with vegetarian oyster oil, sesame oil, a little of mushroom powder, Five-spice powder, salt and pepper and keep in fridge for 2 hours before cooking.

    After the water is boiled, put in Wonton noodles to cook for 3-4 minutes and scoop up the noodles.

    Then boiling 400ml water and put in the dipped mushrooms to cook for 2 minutes.

    Put in the Fried Yuba to continue cooking for 2 minutes.

    Then put in carrots, some corianders, a little of mushroom powder, Five-spice powder, salt and pepper for continue cooking.

    Last to put in the Small Shanghai Green and 1 spoon of sesame oil, and 1 spoon of vegetarian oyster oil to cook for 1-2 minutes before it is ready to be served.

    Pour the soup into the Wonton Noodles. Add some corianders on top of the Wonton noodles to enhance the colour combination of the food to be served.

    It is very easy to prepare this healthy vegan recipe, Three Mushrooms Vege Wonton Noodles. We can fully enjoy this warm and hot vegan meal, especially during the raining day.
