For someone who has been anticipating living alone and being alone for a long time, i can say that my experiences so far are not what i expected. For instance i expected if i entered university i was going to be reading, living a simple lifestyle and earning anyway i can but it has been quite the opposite.
I started off school in early January and my life has been tough ever since, i can tell you my colour changed, my perspective towards humans changed .....this in particular i noticed that from where i come from people are not really the nicest but they are wayyy better than the people here in school. While leaving home, i didnt leave for somewhere close to house tho, my school is very far from house my food stuffs are all finished and I'm now relying on my hive savings for my feeding apparently but well God is on my side.
One thing i noticed again in college is that, you must have to associate with people or else you will be cooked(in trouble), as an introvert i was forced to speak to people and I'm actually getting a hang of it i hope. Then again from where i come from we are very neat in my home but that's not the case for the people around me , they tend to do whatever they like however they like. And yeah going for classes isn't as easy as it seems but well I'm going to get used to it soon.
And yeah in terms of eating, this might be funny and nigerians will relate tho ...... anything you cook is actually edible as long as the heat is right😂 well i learned that the hard way. So that's it for now.
