Un saludo amigas y amigos de #Hive y #SWC, el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de mi entrenamiento de front lever del día de ayer. Cómo ya he comentado en anteriores post yo suelo entrenar empuje y jalón en un mismo entrenamiento, mi enfoque siempre han sido y serán las planchs, pero últimamente he estado dándole atención equitativa al front y la planch, y he notado mucha mejora en mi front lever, sobre todo aspectos técnicos que siempre me han costado corregir, otras mejoras han Sido también en la palanca del front lever, algo que siempre me ha costado. Actualmente me estoy enfocando en mi fuerza de jalón en dominadas de front lever así como también mejorar mi retracción escapular, que en cada intento o combo de front trato de aplicarla, cometí el error de no corregir a tiempo este detalle, pero ahora que lo noté, voy a trabajarlo de forma más constante.

I am currently focusing on my pull strength in front slight pull-ups as well as improving my scapular retraction, which in each front attempt or combo I try to apply. I made the mistake of not correcting this detail in time, but now that I noticed it, I am going to work on it more constantly.
