I have been skipping writing hospital visit notes for a while, but I decided to write them today because I crossed the 5,000 step mark and I am feeling okay.
Today was the day of my internal medicine and psychiatry visits.
Although I moved, the bus ride from my new house to the hospital was only about 5 minutes shorter than from my old house. But it is nice that there are many buses running.
First is internal medicine.
HbA1c was 6.6.
The other blood test results were also fine.
My weight did not change.
Then it was the psychiatrist. First, I had to wait in the restroom, then in the waiting room, and even though I had an appointment, I had to wait about an hour. Then came the medical examination. They complained a lot about how expensive the supermarket was and how far away the 100-yen store was.
I had to wait for about 30 minutes at the pharmacy as well, and it was 1:00 pm when I got home.
Even after I got home, there was a phone call from the post office saying that the delivery of my package would be delayed, and I received an important mail, so I'll end here today.

しばらく通院メモを書くのをサボっていましたが、今日は5000歩を越えたし、まあまあ気分は良いので書くことにします。
今日は内科と精神科の受診日でした。
引っ越したものの、新居から病院へのバスでの所要時間は旧居からより5分くらい短いだけでした。ただバスはたくさん走っているのは良いですね。
まずは内科です。
HbA1c 6.6でした。
たの血液検査の値も問題なしでした。
体重は変わりなしでした。
それから精神科でしたが、まずトイレで待たされて、待合室で待たされて、予約して行ったにも関わらず1時間くらい待ちました。そして診察です。スーパーが高い、100均が遠いだの愚痴だらけでした。
そして薬局でも30分くらい待たされて帰宅したのは13時でした。
帰ってきても、郵便局からゆうパックが遅れるだの電話があったり、大事なメールが来ていたりだのばたばたしていますので今日はこのへんで。
