    Good Morning to All My Hive Friends!

    How are you doing today? This morning, I prepared a delicious Chicken Curry with a slightly different twist. It’s a recipe that you can easily follow and recreate in your kitchen to enjoy a flavorful meal with a unique taste.

    This dish combines the high protein content of chicken, the carbohydrate richness of potatoes, and the creamy goodness of coconut milk. Additionally, the spices used not only enhance the flavor but also provide antioxidants that are beneficial for overall health. Let's dive into the process of preparing this delightful curry.

    Required Ingredients...🍽️

    🍀 Chicken cut into pieces 300g.
    🍀 A potato cut into small pieces.
    🍀 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
    🍀 Curry leaves.
    🍀 2 pieces of pandan.
    🍀 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic.
    🍀 2 green chilli pods, finely chopped.
    🍀 A piece of sera
    🍀 2 teaspoon of chili powder.
    🍀 1 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder.
    🍀 2 teaspoon of meat curry powder.
    🍀 Salt as needed.
    🍀 2 tablespoon of coconut oil.
    🍀 Some water.

    Method of making....

    First, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add about two tablespoons of coconut oil and allow it to heat up. Once the oil is hot, add chopped onions, pandan leaves, curry leaves, cinnamon, lemongrass, and green chilies. Sauté for about a minute until the ingredients release their aroma.

    Next, add chili powder, curry powder, pepper powder, and salt to taste. Mix everything well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed and the ingredients are coated thoroughly.

    Next, add the chopped pieces of chicken to the mixture. Stir well to coat the chicken evenly with the spices, and let it cook for about a minute to lightly sauté.

    Next, add the potato pieces to the pan and allow them to sauté for about 1 minute. Then, pour in approximately one cup of water, stir well, and let it cook for a 5 minutes until the chicken and potatoes begin to soften.

    Finally, add half a cup of coconut milk to the curry, mix well, and let it simmer for about 2 minutes. Once done, remove it from the heat and serve hot.
