Today was a weird day. It was going by really slow, I walked around campus a few times. Then two o'clock hit, and the time just started to fly by going between interviews and meetings.
Then, after making it home and having dinner with the family, i made it to the weight room. This is where most of my activity came from.
It started with some curls along with a couple of different hip bridges, then more curls, followed by a couple of different rows and finishing with some vertical knee raises.
