Good morning friends of the Black and White community, today I bring you a reflection and my more detailed photos of the subject, sometimes time is a theme that crosses my life, and well, on a visit to the cemetery, I had the opportunity to reflect on it, write and take a few photos, I hope you like it! and have a good Saturday everyone :)

Buen día amigos de la comunidad Black and White, hoy les traigo una reflexión y mis fotos más detalladas del tema, a veces el tiempo es un tema que atraviesa mi vida, y pues, en una visita al cementerio, tuve la oportunidad de reflexionar sobre ello, escribir y sacar unas cuantas fotos. ¡Espero que les guste! y tengan un buen sábado todos :)
As soon as I went in, I settled in, mostly emotionally, but also with my camera, sometimes when I start taking pictures, I feel like entering a pool, everything is cold and little by little the soul settles in. I started taking pictures of the space because in this exercise it is like taking a little piece of what I am inhabiting, but very quickly I saw myself taking pictures of details, not forgetting the respect that we manage here. But being conscious. Time goes by and in black and white it seems that we won't notice it, but we do. I was choosing which places and how each detail made me feel.

Tan pronto como fui entrando, me acomodé, sobre todo emocionalmente, pero también con mi cámara, a veces cuando comienzo a tomar fotos, me siento como al entrar a una piscina, todo es frío y de a poco el alma se va acomodando. Empecé a tomar fotos del espacio porque en este ejercicio es como llevarse un pedacito de lo que voy habitando, pero muy rápidamente me vi tomando capturas de detalles, no olvidando el respeto que aquí manejamos. Pero siendo consciente. El tiempo pasa y en blanco y negro parece que no lo notaremos, pero sí. Fui eligiendo qué lugares y cómo me hacía sentir cada detalle.

El óxido se ve en los objetos que pasan cierto tiempo a la intemperie. La degradación de lo material, el desgaste, la estabilidad y sobre todo, aquella que se perpetúa en el tiempo. Un cementerio es, por sobre todas las cosas, estabilidad. Del estado que aquí yace, no se vuelve. El cuerpo queda inmórivl, estático, estable. Suponemos que lo que asciende es el alma, pero no lo sabemos.

Aquí el tiempo que pasa, desde que ya no estás, hace dibujos en las paredes, e incluso, paredes que se caen. Plantas que crecen de las paredes. Es muerte y también es vida. Qué sería de nosotros sin la dualidad? Qué sería del blanco y negro, sin el color, o viceversa?

Somos duales, y aunque jugamos a dominar el tiempo con relojes, el tiempo nos domina con su lento e implacable paso. Sentí en esta oportunidad, el deseo de fotografiar aquellos rincones donde el tiempo había pasado y nada más había transcurrido por allí. Si la araña hace una tela pero nadie la limpia, en el tiempo que le toma construirla, seguirá allí. De alguna manera, prolifera.

Like plants, they grow and if we leave them, time will be the only thing that will pass by to give them growth, in this case, upwards, in search of light, in search of life. Almost escaping from its stability.

Igual las plantas, que crecen y si las dejamos, el tiempo será lo único que pasará por allí para darle crecimiento, en este caso, hacia arriba, en busca de la luz, en busca de la vida. Casi escapando de su estabilidad.
As I made the walk, slow and sure, I thought how I was going to express in words what the photos were trying to communicate, at the same time that silence floods this tour and I go as if meditating on thoughts about how changeable life is, and that definitely whoever seeks stability, is as if looking to be dead. And although it is a place of eternal rest for the societies that live this way, I think that the details, locks, crosses, chandeliers, plants or falling walls, are just another sign of time working its magic.

Mientras hacía el paseo, lento y seguro, pensaba de qué manera iba a expresar en palabras lo que las fotos intentaban comunicar, a la vez que el silencio inunda este recorrido y voy como meditando en pensamientos sobre lo cambiante que es la vida, y que definitivamente quien busca estabilidad, es como si buscase estar muerto. Y aunque es un lugar de descanso eterno para las sociedades que así lo viven, pienso que los detalles, candados, cruces, arañas, plantas o paredes que caen, solo son una señal más del tiempo haciendo su magia.
