The days go by, we are almost half way through the year, counting from January, I have already shared several coffee reviews with you here and I will continue to do so, as long as I can. Today I bring you a coffee that I got at the Hato Grill supermarket in the city of Cumaná, there are many varieties and this one, because of its colors, captivated me, I said to myself, when I got home, I have to try it.
This coffee is produced in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Barquisimeto, Lara State, by Alimentos San Cipriano Compañía Anónima, packaged by Empresa de Producción Social, Alimentos General de División José de la Trinidad Morán, Compañía Anónima, Tocuyo, Lara State. The presentation that was in Hato Grill was only 200 grams, I was looking in the Alimentos San Cipriano networks, only that one appears, its packaging is navy blue, white and red, with coffee beans in the white color, I liked the shades of colors.
It is a gourmet coffee, roasted, ground espresso, in the networks I got, that this coffee, is finely ground for use in espresso machines, must be why, the strong tone and the intense brown color that had to make the brew in my typical artisan strainer, in these links you will find more information about this coffee: Facebook

Its aroma in the packaging is exquisite, it has fruity and chocolate tones, I gave it to smell to the whole family and the only one who perceived besides me, my son César, I liked that touch of chocolate, as I had promised to prepare the coffee when it will arrive, it was not possible, I had other pending with the school, so I went first to solve them and almost in the afternoon, I was ready to taste it, it provoked me to drink coffee, I asked my husband and he immediately told me yes, so I did not want to wait any longer and I set out to prepare it.
Place a pot with water, when boiling, I immediately strained it with the help of a porcelain cup, to see the intense color coming out of the strainer caught my attention, the smell was strong and I am honest, I did not like it at all, it did not smell like in the package, I already took a certain thing to the coffee, but I had to try it, to give the final result.
When preparing the two cups, one for my husband and the other for me, I was filled with greed, I grabbed the bigger one 😅 and gave the medium one to my husband, but my greed gave me an injury, the coffee at first sight I did not like at all, it was a very strong coffee, I had to go to find out, the reason for this, I found that this coffee is to prepare in espresso machine, so I had no choice and I drank it all 😁, the next ones were clearer, that is, I put less coffee than usual, so it had an acceptable flavor, but if aroma did not captivate me in the mornings, nor every time I did it.
That longing, to wake up and immediately prepare for the morning ritual, I was disappointed until the coffee lasted, I confess that sometimes, I made a lot of coffee, so that it would run out soon, so I had the excuse to open another package, I felt relief when it ran out, I was finally able to enjoy my fruity coffee aromas, I saw the glory, when my sense of smell began to perceive that fruity scent, I have already proven that my coffees in the mornings must give off that captivating and enveloping aroma, I love to feel that scent, which seeps through my skin.
As for the coffee, I tell you that for me, consumption, I will not buy it again, it does not have the essence that I like to feel in the mornings, although I took it around in the amount of coffee, so that it would be acceptable for tasting, I confess that I did not try it combined with milk, to see what it tasted like, I will be left with the desire, I will not buy it again, unless it is the only option available, I respect the opinion that others may have of this coffee, but this has been my experience with it, because of this not so pleasant experience, I will not stop pursuing my ideal coffee, I have faith that I will find one that I really fall in love with and from there my search will end.
