Do you want to be an immortal ?

Life is so beautiful and fun. Your life begins when you start your first day with strangers, which are your parents. After that, you come into contact with your siblings—your sister, brother, and neighbourhood.
Life is so sweet and fun because you meet strangers, and they become friends and part of you.

Life is so much fun that even when you are unconscious and you don’t know what is going on, it will still be fun. Even if I'm unaware of my first-year birthday, I knew it was fun because I heard stories of what happened on that day, and there are pictures to proof.

It is true that life comes with death; death is something people don’t have control over, and it cheats them. This made me remember a friend of mine who was so caring and lovely that life became so blissful for me, but he was cheated by death; it was something he had no control over. Rest, my dear friend. What would you do if you could live forever?

It is a question that has two answers. Some people will go for no, while others will go for yes.
If I were to choose,I would say NO. Life is beautiful enough for you to enjoy what you want to enjoy. The saying of

    Too much of everything destroys.

The same goes for "too much of life." Why would I want to live forever when I've got someone who loves me and I love her too. The world is beautiful, but it's hard enough. The more we live, the more we realise how hard the world is.

I wouldn't like to live forever because I have someone I love, and it would be so painful to watch her grow old while I continue to live forever. What if we had kids? Will I watch my children and grandchildren grow old too? The fact that one is living forever can turn them into monsters.

Nothing lasts forever; beauty, language, technology's, mention it. Nothing lasts forever, so why not enjoy the moment and the age you're in, live to the fullest, love hard, make your impact in the world, and leave the rest to the hands of the next generation?

There are benefits to living forever, but it can never justify my long life. I would get lonely at some point; I can't even imagine myself watching my sibling grow old and leave me behind. If I could pass on the gift of immortality to them, then I don't mind living forever, but what would I be doing when the generation I know is all gone? I would actually turn into a monster, and I would be hunted down.

Another reason I wouldn't want to live forever is because I want to leave a legacy behind that people will recognise and use to speak well of me. I want to be someone who will be remembered for generations to come. Someone who would live in the hearts of people, not someone who would be living around them forever.

This is my entry for the Hiveghana prompt. Would you want to live forever and why? Thanks for having me.
